Business Hours


Normal hours of Operation are 9:00am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Although we are closed Sunday, orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

We respond to emails during normal hours of operation. Emails received after business hours, will be responded to early the next business day.

We are closed during the following holidays:

New Year’s Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day


Shipping Information

We ship US only.  No international orders at this time.

We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Orders will be shipped Flat Rate For all US Orders, Cost: $7.20 unless the contents exceed the size of a Flat Rate than a box will be used.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business day from receipt of payment.

Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped-depending on your distance from Pennsylvania.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to let you know your package is on its way.




Local Pickup

For those who select the “Local Pickup” option, we will meet you at a designated safe Internet Purchase Exchange Location located in front of the South Fayette Township police station, 515 Millers Run Road, Morgan, PA 15064.

You will be contacted via email to coordinate a pickup time.

Missing Item Policy

Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes can happen.  If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order.  If you receive something you did not order, please enjoy it or share it with a friend!

Return Policy

Due to the nature of personal products, it can be a challenge ordering them online.  Often we offer a regular and smaller sized of the same bar so that you can try the smaller bar first.

That being said, our customers are important to us and if for any reason their experience with us is less than satisfactory, we want them to email us at  We are grateful you contact us, and every attempt will be made to resolve any issue you might have.
