Business Hours

 

Normal business hours are 9:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Orders are processed and mailed with email receipt within 1 to 2 business days.

Electronic communications are responded to the same business day.

 

Shipping Information

 

We ship within the continental United States via the US Postal Service.

Items are individually wrapped in plastic sleeves with packing for protection during shipping.

Orders are shipped with email receipt within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment.

 

Local Pickup

For those who select the “Local Pickup” option, we will meet you at a designated safe Internet Purchase Exchange Location located in front of the South Fayette Township police station, 515 Millers Run Road, Morgan, PA 15064.

You will be contacted via email to coordinate a pickup time.

Missing/Lost/Stolen Item Policy

 

MISSING/WRONG ITEMS

Orders are checked and re-checked prior to shipment.  In the event of an oversight, please give us the opportunity to correct the issue to your satisfaction, via replacement or credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The shipping courier (UPS or USPS) is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed to them. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.

Due to liability of the courier, no refund or exchange will be issued until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process that often take several weeks or more to complete.

Lion’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a proof of delivery.
