This tea is a balance of adaptogens that may help the body adapt to both mental and physical stress.
Place a tea bag in a tea pot, pour in 20 ounces of just-boiling water, and steep for 10 minutes. Individual taste and strength varies, so experiment with the, water temperature, and steeping time until the tea is to your liking.
I always use an “Energize Me Tea” with this tea, steeping both together. Add a slice of fresh orange or lemon, a cinnamon stick and a pinch of stevia, and it is a wonderful way to start the day or a great afternoon pick-me-up.
